The benefits of online booking

Online booking is wonderful and makes my life so much easier. I love technology and the multiple options we have to communicate. Technology and inovation is what is keeping the beauty industry alive! Keep up! If you shop online, this is a piece of cake. I  know that everyone is not a fan of it  and flat out refuse to book online. But, I will tell you why it has been a godsend for me. Browse, book and come in! It’s simple as that. 

 

SAVES US TIME 

I don’t have a full time receptionist, so answering the phone and answering the typical questions like “how much, what do you have open, do you do waxing”.... can all be answered online, or just by booking a 15 minute consultation. 

 

I VERY RARELY HAVE “NO SHOW” APPOINTMENTS 

I have a late fee, no show fee and late cancel fee. Yes, you have to use your valid credit card to book online.  Only serious inquires only. If you trust me with your hair but not your credit card (I only get the last 4 digits of your card when you book online) maybe I’m not the stylist for you. If you like to cancel appointments, I’m not the stylist for you. 

 

 

SHOWS THE CLIENT WHAT SERVICES ARE OFFERED 

When you book online, you will see what services are offered , how long the service takes and make a booking selection. You will see a brief description of what that service includes and you will also see that my prices are Al’carte. 

 

 

AVOIDS PRICE CONFUSION 

This is very important because no one wants to be embarrassed or confused on why something costs more then you budgety for. I am not trying to fool anyone with pricing games. My shop is my oasis and drama is not allowed here AT ALL, ESPECIALLY OVER PRICES. I have put the price in the name of the service so that when you book with me you will get text reminders and emails about this appointment on the day you make the appointment, 3 days before your appointment and the day of your appointment. There is no way you can deny knowing how much something is. Now if you add an additional service once you get here, I will let you know. Also!!! FYI : I have fired many clients for this very reason. This is my living, just like you don’t want to argue with your boss about paying you your deserved salary, neither do I. I want to concentrate on making you look as beautiful as possible. If you like to haggle pricing, I am not the stylist for you. 

 

 

 

ALLOWS ME TO SPEND TIME

WITH CURRENT CLIENT INSTEAD OF ON THE PHONE

Again, it’s s all about saving time. When I am Servicing  a client, I want to give them my undivided attention.  I have a schedule to keep, and spending 15 minutes on the phone isn’t always possible. I love new clients, but on the flip side, I have spent hours of phone calls and texts on potential clients to have them decide not to book. That’s fine, but I stopped many conversations with my current client in vain. 

 

 

WE BOTH CAN BETTER PREPARE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT 

When you book online in advance, you can plan your day. Who doesn’t like that? You know exactly how long you will be in the shop (if you don’t add other services). And I know what time I’m getting off so I can spend time with my family or whatever my plans are. 

 

YOU CAN BOOK 24 HOURS A DAY 7DAYS A WEEK. 

Self explanatory, but I will say,  you don’t have to wait for return calls, be placed on hold, or roll the dice with dates and times if you simply book online.
